Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Everything we create for you — once paid in full — is yours.
Everything on our site (text, visuals, branding, etc.) is ours. Don’t steal it.
5. Confidentiality
We don’t spill your secrets, and we expect the same. If we sign an NDA, even better.
6. No Guarantees
We don’t promise overnight success or viral fame. What we bring is smart strategy, consistent delivery, and a no-BS approach. That’s what works.
7. Third-Party Tools
We sometimes use tools (like schedulers or analytics platforms) to do our work. We’re not liable if those tools fail, break, or change their terms.
8. Termination
You can stop working with us at any time (but you’ll owe us for work delivered).
We can also end the relationship if things go sideways — late payments, abuse, or general bad vibes.
9. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for losses, damages, or missed opportunities that result from using our site or services. We do our best — but we can’t control the internet.
